INTRODUCTION
It all started in mid-2017 in the months of May / June when we, JP Steel Erectors, actually got a project from Suriname’s famous steel fabricator, VSH Steel, because they were eagerly looking for a steel erector. The project was completed within the planned working days and from there on we have added several projects as a reference.
2018 has been the year where we as JP Steel Erectors were able to complete a number of projects, but we became more known within the Suriname construction world when the company was asked to act as an Consultant due to our knowledge and experience in steel erection.
SCOPE OF WORK
JP Steel Erectors are known within the construction world for their expertise when it comes to steel erecting works. From start to finish, you name it. Starting from the costumer’s wish, to the realization of their dreams. We take care of all the aspects and needed documents, such as the concept and final design, the technical drawings, the fabrication and transportation of the steel elements to the location of the project, and the assembly of the construction work to its final delivery.
THE COMPANY’S WORK FORCE
The company nowadays exists of a total of ten (10) dedicated and motivated iron workers, who are well familiar of the term ‘teamwork’ when it comes to executing several projects at the same time. All the workers have their expertise when it comes to their scope within the work. They are able to perform exceptional, individually as well as in a team.
The goals of the company are:
To be the certified steel erecting company which execute their works to internationally recognized standards in steel erection such as AISC and OSHA.
To be the leading company within the country, Suriname, when it comes to steel erection; To be a recognized as a potential operating steel erection company within the region, the Guyana’s. And to be recognized as a potential operating steel erection company within the Caribbean community (CARICOM).
