Safety
While working on heights, the company is obligated to take the OHSA safety standards into account. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is an agency of the United States Department of Labor. The agency is established under the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSH Act). OSHA’s mission is to “assure safe and healthy working conditions for working men and women by setting and enforcing standards and by providing training, outreach, education and assistance”. They are also charged with enforcing a variety of whistle blower statutes and regulations. OSHA’s workplace safety inspections have been shown internationally and within our company, to reduce injury rates and injury costs without adverse effects to employment, sales, credit ratings, or firm survival.

Innovation
Innovation within the company often focuses on improving what already exists, like project workflow, production or project progress. Such innovation can lead to great improvements in our project performance and efficiency. Efficiency innovation often assumes the form of a process improvement or a more efficient project model. It enables projects to simplify and streamline their existing processes; execute project processes at a lower cost; provide our works or services to our existing customers at lower prices. This type of innovation can have a major impact on our projects. It can raise its productivity and competitiveness, optimize its resource allocation and increase bottom-line savings and profits.

Accountability
The company accountability definition is the responsibility of the company to complete the tasks they are assigned, to perform the duties required by their job in order to fulfill or further the goals of the company. If tasks are not completed or not performed properly, then the company will also be responsible for dealing with the repercussions. Accountability at work is important to the company’s success as a whole. Every employee, no matter what level of seniority is equally responsible for aiding in the success of the company. In order to achieve the goals of the company, long and short term, it is important that all employees within the company work together and share accountability. Employees who work together towards the same overall goal help their workplace to become more accountable, in turn make the company’s projects more productive and efficient.

Quality
Quality work to be is about doing the job to the required or set standard, which is very important when it comes to executing structural steel erection. When it comes to quality, the company takes into account that safe and efficient work is done in a timely manner and performing the job excellently within our experience without defects or errors by doing it completely and accurately the way the costumer expects it or even exceeding their expectations. Quality within the company means performing our duties to the best of our abilities (experience in steel erection), taking pride in the work that we do and making sure it exceeds the standards set forth by the company. It means taking our time and effort to do something worthwhile; in this case it means getting the job right, efficiently, effectively, accurately by working smart and smooth.

Productivity
Productivity has shown to have benefits on all stakeholders; as for the company, as for the costumers and also the employees. It benefits to the
company, because higher productivity shall ensure the stability and also creates more profits. Higher productivity shall provide higher volume of
production hence larger sales volume. This will result in expansion of the concern in wider market. At last it provides overall prosperity and reputation of the company. It benefits to the costumers , because
improved productivity ensures better product quality and enables the concern to cut down product prices. It also provides consumer satisfaction. It benefits to the employees, because higher productivity leads to improved wage structure and more wages improves living standard of workers
which results in improved worker’s morale and job satisfaction.

Flexibility
Flexibility within the company means being flexible in work and timing. Flexibility in work is that the company’s workers are dedicated and motivated to work accordingly to the project planning even if national holidays and weekends are included. Flexibility in timing is that the company is prepared and able to do their utter best within their abilities to produce the expected work within a tight and timely manner in expectations of the costumers.

Energy
The workers are to be described as energetic iron workers, who are compatible to work under pressure and any kind of circumstances of whatsoever.
